"With oversight of CPD and staff development within my school, my central belief is that the most effective CPD is personalised to ensure that it suits the specific needs of the individual. The CPD library gives staff ownership of their CPD, they can access and engage with training at times that suits them covering a broad range of topics. The resources have been developed 'by teachers, for teachers' and so are current, relevant and embedded in best practice. At a time when school budgets are under great pressure and the cost of external CPD is becoming prohibitive, I feel that this is a very cost-effective way to ensure that staff are able to access the training that they need to help them become more effective in their roles."
Martin Barwise, Assistant Headteacher and CPD Library Consultant Editor
The CPD Library is suitable for trainee teachers, NQTs, teaching assistants, classroom teachers and school leaders at all levels.
