The Socrates 360 app helps service providers achieve more effective remote staff management and service user support. It can be tailored to meet the service provider’s requirements.
Education and training
The Socrates 360 app provides access to Pearson Publishing's nimbl system through which a wide selection of existing material can be provided for specific training and wider education of both staff and service users. In addition, course or support resources from a service provider can be converted to run through nimbl. Automatic learner progress and performance tracking is included.
The Super App provides communication features that enable organisations to monitor and support either staff or service users working in the field. These features include:
Where appropriate, information is fed back to selected staff to make them aware of issues and intervene as needed.
Data analysis and reporting
In addition to the standard, built-in mechanisms for feeding back information, tailored data analysis and reporting can be provided on request. This can be to transfer data into other systems (eg for payroll) or to provide evidence of compliance.
