With the summer holidays coming up, teachers have a great opportunity not only to unwind but also to take steps towards becoming more resilient. By incorporating self-care practices into a routine during the holidays, teachers will find themselves better prepared and resilient come September.
Here are five ways teachers can take better care of themselves to make them that bit more resilient and ensure their teaching is as enjoyable and effective as possible.
