Support the team around the child
Our library of training and guidance resources equips the team of adults around each child with essential skills for understanding and supporting the young person. Courses reinforce understanding and encourage reflection on key areas, and act as a convenient reference guide long after course completion.
Powered by the nimbl mobile learning system, each course offers an engaging learning experience on smartphones, tablets and the web. Explore the courses below, including author information and course previews. New courses will be added as soon as they become available. |

Each team member can complete courses any time, anywhere. We can also provide usage data so you can measure uptake among your team. We recommend you invest in training and guidance resources for the teams around at least half of your school-age children.
"The resources have been developed 'by teachers, for teachers' and so are current, relevant and embedded in best practice. At a time when budgets are under great pressure and the cost of external CPD is becoming prohibitive, I feel that this is a very cost-effective way to ensure that staff are able to access the training that they need to help them become more effective in their roles."
How to order
The library of training and guidance resources is an ideal use of Pupil Premium Plus, with just one licence per child providing access to all team members supporting the child:
- Designated Teachers
- Foster carers
- Social workers
- Staff in residential homes
- Virtual School team members.
